As you look about the school, you will see the product of our Parent-Child Workday last fall. All of the flowers from bulbs were planted last October. They give us a welcome lift as spring begins. The children have already helped plant spring flowers around the house with Hilary and Chenoa. Soon we will be filling our gardens. As we walk about the grounds, the children are noticing the new leaves, the flowers, and today we even saw a nest that some doves had built and were sitting on. In the woods, we have been seeing chives, but now a few wild flowers are beginning to show. It's a very exciting season for the children.
Later this month, we are visiting the Botanical Gardens. This is a wonderful trip. We hope that everyone will be able to accompany his or her child. At the beginning of May, we will have our Mother's Day Seminar and Brunch. Let us know if you did not receive an invitation in the mail…and RSVP as soon as possible.
